Terms of Service

1. Usage Rights Upon final payment, the client have 100% ownership of all final video assets and raw files. You may use these assets for paid advertising, organic social media, and website content in perpetuity (forever). No hidden royalties or renewal fees apply.

2. Creative Control The Client must approve all scripts prior to filming. Once a script is approved, any re-shoots required due to a change in client strategy will incur a separate production fee.

3. Portfolio Use VisualKnova reserves the right to use completed work for our own promotional materials and case studies, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start.
